Contract Withdrawal

EU Customers can request returns of any In stock items for 14 days after receipt. To make this easier, the EU directive 2023/2673 requires retailers to provide an easy to access and use form system with which this right can easily be exercised.

Please note also: 
1) The right of return applies to in stock items only (any non bespoke/customized items from the "In stock" sections. it is not valid for any custom orders) 
2) The shipping cost of this return is paid by the customer unless we offer to provide it ourselves.
